A 3-session programme aimed at managers and aspiring managers that will equip them with knowledge, learning and experiences to help them become an even better manager.

Managers will leave this highly interactive programme with a toolkit that will enable them to practically apply their learning.

Sessions include: Role of the Manager, Creating Clarity, Driving Performance and a 360 feedback process.

Women in Leadership

“Because women rise, it does not mean men should fall” 

Our women's programme for those who lead is design to create awareness of gender bias, and offer strategies work with (as opposed to against) the cultural norms.  We work with gender theories, research and insights to offer a programme which will empower women to lean into and step up in your organisation.

We also offer a Rise Up Mentor Programme, designed to create a culture of mentors for women and other marginalised groups, which supports all in their day to day flow.  This also works towards creating a culture of Allyship in support of  Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (DEI).

Team Coaching

From finding the right team in the first place, to establishing new improved ways of working in existing teams, we can help you to boost performance and collaboration, enhance relationships and uncover hidden strengths in your colleagues.

We will co-create the approach and solution with you.  Previous teams have taken a series of days out of the business norms to uncover answers to questions like:
