Ali Carruthers-Illingworth
Founder and Managing Director at Purple Pebble People, Ali is a former head of learning and development and with a bevy of experience in senior roles within FTSE 100 companies. She has over 25 years of experience in learning and organisational development, facilitation and coaching.
Highly skilled, savvy and emotionally intelligent, Ali is a dedicated advocate of research, science and dealing in facts – which is complemented by her warmth, communication skills and non-judgemental approach. A qualified NLP & Systemic Constellation practitioner and a CMI level 7 executive coach, she’s fascinated by the way the brain works, and how by changing our thoughts, we have the power to change our lives.
Having supported individuals and businesses around the globe - and with her background in driving large scale international transformation programmes – Ali excels in helping organisations to identify and implement changes for growth and impact.
Ali provides our Strengthscope® DiSC and Hogan psychometrics, helping you understand yourself and those you work with more deeply.
She finds energy being in the outdoors, often with her beagle, Sherlock for company. An avid reader, movie nut, and regular oracle card user, Ali also has a life long love of music.

Andi Lewis
Daring and Dazzling, Andi is motivated by heart, and flips the focus of what is possible to bring a fun, colourful, fresh approach to her coaching, change transformations and leadership offerings.
Her empathy and ability to ignite self-belief and confidence, enables individuals and businesses to grow and thrive and have long lasting impact that changes lives.
Passionate about people, Andi builds trust and fabulous partnerships; truly listening and immersing herself in the culture, to create the right solutions to bring radical change. She uses visual facilitation to engage all, break down barriers, provoke ideas and encourage creative flair. She shakes the norm and brings unity, positivity, and impactful change and accountability to individuals and teams through being their best selves and create a shared vision.
As one of the Founders of Six Connections our Wellbeing Partner, Andi brings the award winning programme ‘Powered By Mates’ offering an exciting and compassionate view on the conversations we have on the subject of wellbeing.
Another one of our associates who declares 25+ years of operational, change, learning and development experience an Executive Coach and Mentor, NLP practitioner, Inky Thinker and Creative Artist, Andi will leave you and your colleagues feeling lighter, connected and inspired!!

Becky Viccars
Becky is a skilled and experienced leadership development practitioner and facilitator who, as like many of our community, has over 20 years’ experience managing and developing people and teams. She has worked extensively delivering transformational Leadership Development programmes with an emphasis on personal and cultural change.
Becky believes that everyone can find joy and fulfilment and ultimately thrive at work. She has a personal interest in diversity, inclusion and belonging and she is passionate about enabling people to walk into their potential.
Her key areas of activity are in Leadership Development, Culture Change, Team Performance, Communication, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging, Transactional Analysis, Psychometrics: Insights Discovery and Lumina Spark. Becky has a BA(Hons) degree in Public Relations, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, is NLP and Transactional Analysis 101 trained.
As a certified practitioner, she also provides our Insights Discovery and Lumina Spark psychometric assessments.
Becky has experience of working at all levels within organisations but particularly enjoys working with middle to senior managers. Clients find her approach to be engaging and authentic, and they appreciate how she makes complex theories accessible and grounded in real life application.
She loves the outdoors, is a wild swimmer, sprint triathlon enthusiast and can often be found with her dog Lulu on the hills in Cumbria where she lives, or adventuring in her VW Transporter!

Anna Masheter
Anna is driven by one simple purpose, to help people achieve their potential.
An experienced trainer, consultant, coach and facilitator with experience in a range of sectors including, legal and financial services, 3rd sector/not for profit, event management and recruitment to name a few.
With over 15 years’ experience within the learning and development sector, Anna has delivered on a broad range of work including designing and implementing leadership and management development programmes, developing organisational culture and behavioural frameworks, recruiting the right people for your business, talent attraction and development initiatives, and delivering a range of face to face training topics to support employees with their personal development.
Anna is an active member of the CIPD West Yorkshire, CIPD member, holds a Certificate in Training Practice and NLP Diploma.
Often found outside walking her dog Bailey, Anna is inspired by nature an the great outdoors. A adventurous travel addict, Anna also loves time at home catching up with friends over food, a drink…or a music festival!

Eloise Robb
Eloise sits in the heart of our collective. Supporting Ali and team to ensure your development programme, event or meeting goes smoothly. As our PA support, Eloise is proud of her vast and varied transferable skills and qualifications. With a degree in business, she boasts a wide-ranging career, and our educational focused clients particularly enjoy the fact she started out a as a primary school teacher, progressing to assistant head before changing profession entirely to move into the Virtual Assistant industry.
Eloise is an advocate of lifelong learning and has big plans to further expand her own VA business further.
When she's not keeping an eye on our spinning plates, she can be found swimming, dancing, walking, gardening, exercising or reading.

Andy Shaw
Andy is a skilled leadership development, process improvement & change practitioner and facilitator. With over 25 years’ experience he offers creative, engaging and behaviour changing solutions, that come from experience and a deep passion to make a difference.
He has worked globally delivering transformational programmes that build individual and team capabilities, positively impact on organisational cultures and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of both functional and cross business connections. Andy is passionate about supporting people to build their individual capabilities, develop high performance behaviours and make greater positive contributions to their team interactions and organisational goals.
His key areas of activity are: Leadership Development, Process Improvement + change and transformation and the disciplines and frameworks to deliver strategic programmes of work. He is a Lean 6 Sigma Master Black Belt and experienced Senior Level Leader.
Andy has experience of working at all levels within organisations but particularly enjoys supporting Senior Leaders and their middle leadership teams. Clients find his approach engaging and pragmatic. They appreciate how he can bring the approaches and theories he utilises to life with real world examples which make them immediately applicable.
Andy loves being in the outdoors, with his main passion being cycling. According to Andy, being based in North Yorkshire gives him access to some of the best cycling in the world (said like a true Yorkshireman Andy!)
